How did your relationship with Brett Johnson begin, and what drew you to it?
I met Brett through a mutual friend who needed space in Milan for a Brett Johnson showroom. Not only did I find the perfect space, but our collaboration also blossomed into a genuine friendship.
How has your connection with the brand evolved over the years?
Since meeting Brett, I’ve delved deeper into the brand’s offerings. I was so impressed by the quality that I began wearing the label both day and night.
What makes Brett Johnson stand out compared to other garment brands you’ve tried?
The exceptional quality of the fabrics and yarns.
Can you share a favorite piece from Brett Johnson and why it stands out to you?
Any Brett Johnson coat offers remarkable comfort due to its fit. The pullovers made from double baby cashmere are incredibly light, soft, and warm.
As someone who appreciates luxury, what are your top three watches and why?
I’m passionate about watches, especially vintage Patek Philippe and Rolex models. A must-have is the Rolex Daytona Paul Newman—though I don’t own one yet!
How do you approach styling these watches with different outfits?
Vintage watches are timeless. They pair well with both formal wear and a more casual, sporty look.
Where do you go to unwind and recharge after a busy week?
Although I was born in Naples and should say the seaside, I actually prefer the mountains. The long walks in the fresh, clean air are incredibly relaxing.
Any special places or rituals you follow to rejuvenate yourself?
I’m increasingly focused on health, using ozone therapy and vitamin supplements as allies. For mental well-being, nothing beats spending time with my family.
What are your go-to spots in Milan for dining and drinks?
I often dine out and tend to frequent restaurants owned by friends. However, my favorite dining experience is at home, cooking with family and friends while enjoying a good glass of wine.
Any recommendations for travelers visiting Milan, where to shop, any hidden gems?
The Brera district offers a wide range of design stores, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, the Porta Romana and Porta Venezia areas have intriguing places to explore. I recommend walking around with open eyes and visiting Milan’s museums.
