Returns & Exchanges

At Brett Johnson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
* Returned with all original tags attached
* Returned in their original packaging, including any accompanying materials
* Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Brett Johnson reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly through www.brettjohnson.co. Products purchased through authorised retailers, department stores, or other stockists must be returned in accordance with the return policy of the original point of purchase.

Starting a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.

Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@brettjohnson.co so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

* Personalised or made-to-order products
* Gift cards
* Items expressly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
* Any item that has been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team before sending it back.

Exchanges

Subject to availability, approved returns may be exchanged for an alternative size or colour. Brett Johnson reserves the right to offer a refund where an exchange item is unavailable.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This statutory right does not affect any additional rights provided under our standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.
